Vibration motors are typically operated below their rated power due to the high starting load and the effects of balance weights. Structurally limited air circulation and the requirement for high safety factors cause these motors to generally operate in the 50–70% load range. This leads to reduced efficiency and unnecessary energy losses.
Vibrodrive technology optimizes the voltage and current characteristics according to the load condition in vibration motors operating below nominal torque. By optimizing the effective use of the magnetic field on the stator and rotor, it improves the power factor and enables the motor to operate at lower temperatures.
As a result, the balance between motor torque and load torque is maintained; measurable kWh savings are achieved by optimizing active and reactive power consumption. This approach ensures sustainable efficiency and low energy costs in vibration motors.
